At Renza Jewels, operated by Renza LLC, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and any included materials.
  • Free of signs of wear, damage, scratches, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Pierced earrings.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased on clearance.
  • Custom, personalized, or engraved pieces.
  • Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@renzajewels.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back without contacting us first; unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears on your statement.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@renzajewels.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Product Appearance

Our products are gold plated or silver plated. Slight variations in color, finish, or appearance compared to product photos are normal and are not considered defects. See our Terms of Service for details.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping fees.
