These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Renza Jewels website and your purchases from Renza LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Materials

Our jewelry is gold plated or silver plated, meaning a base metal is coated with a layer of gold or silver. These items are not solid gold or solid silver. With normal wear, plating may fade over time. Plated jewelry may contain trace metals; if you have sensitivities or allergies, please review product descriptions carefully.

Product Images and Descriptions

We use digital platforms and tools to optimize the photos and multimedia content of our products. As a result, the product you receive may not look identical to the images shown, including differences in color, lighting, scale, or finish. We strive for accuracy, but slight variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per order. Products are subject to availability.

Orders and Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. Orders typically begin processing within 48–72 business hours; cancellation requests after processing has begun may not be possible.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy, and returns are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
