At Renza Jewels, operated by Renza LLC, we're committed to delivering your order quickly and safely anywhere in the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility in Rocklin, California.
Shipping Options & Rates
Shipping is fulfilled through Shopify's logistics network in partnership with carriers such as UPS and DHL. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all destinations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to make it available in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package anytime on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Packaging & Protection
All jewelry is packed with care in premium Renza packaging, designed to protect your pieces during transit.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation at support@renzajewels.com. We'll help resolve the issue quickly and make sure you receive your jewelry.
